A Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert® (CDRE®) is a real estate professional who has completed specialized education focused on handling real property inside divorce and family-law matters — including neutrality, documented communication, working alongside counsel, and managing marital-home sales in both cooperative and high-conflict circumstances.
The CDRE® designation exists because divorce real estate is a different discipline than ordinary residential sales. The property work is similar; the professional environment is not.
